How It Works
A simple path from community support to practical help.
Fund the Mission
Individual donations, tent sponsorships, business support and local partnerships help fund tents, hygiene supplies and outreach activity.
Transparent program updates help supporters understand how contributions are being used as operations grow.
Purchase in Bulk
Fair The World plans to source compact, durable and weather-resistant tents in larger quantities to control costs and maintain consistent quality.
Each tent can carry Fair The World branding, a permanent identification number and a unique QR code for organized inventory and follow-up.
Distribute and Follow Up
Outreach teams provide shelter and essential supplies respectfully, register each tent and connect participants with available community resources.
With consent, staff can document needs, services, location updates and contact preferences so support can continue beyond the first visit.
How the numbered tent and QR-code system works
Each Fair The World tent receives a permanent identification number and a unique QR code that connects the physical tent to the program’s secure outreach records.

From registration to continued support
Staff assign an ID such as FTW-00001 and link its QR code to a secure Fair The World record.
Authorized outreach staff can record approved contact details, needs, services offered and follow-up notes.
A scan helps authorized staff identify the tent record, coordinate assistance and keep support consistent between visits.
The registered tent participant can choose to update the tent’s current location or general area and decide whether approved people may send a contact request.
The QR code does not directly contain a person’s private information, and a public scan does not reveal confidential participant records.
Participant-controlled location and contact
A registered tent participant can voluntarily mark or change the tent’s location through the Fair The World system. They can share an approximate area or a more specific location with authorized outreach staff and choose whether family members, support workers or other approved contacts may request contact through Fair The World. Their phone number, exact location and personal details are not automatically made public.
