Our Impact
Clear reporting will show supporters what Fair The World accomplishes.
Impact reporting will begin with verified activity.
Fair The World will publish confirmed program results after tents, supplies and outreach services are delivered. Reporting will focus on useful aggregate information without exposing participant identities, private contact details or exact locations.
Accountability Matters
Supporters deserve clear information about how the program develops and how contributions are used. Fair The World intends to maintain organized records for donations, tent purchases, essential supplies, transportation, storage, cleanup activity and other necessary operating costs.
Current planning is based on approximately 500–1,000 compact custom tents at an average cost of $50 per tent. Confirmed supplier pricing, quantities and program expenses will be reported as purchasing and outreach begin.
Program results will be based on documented activity—not projections—and will be shared in aggregate form to protect participant dignity and privacy.
Information planned for reporting
- Donations received through secure channels
- Confirmed supplier pricing and total tent costs
- Tents ordered, received and distributed
- Essential supplies purchased and delivered
- Transportation, storage and cleanup expenses
- Outreach events, volunteer participation and partner support

Privacy is part of accountability
Public reports will not include participant names, personal contact details, confidential service notes or exact locations. The goal is to show meaningful results while protecting the people the program is designed to serve.
