Privacy Policy
How FairTheWorld.com handles information submitted through this website.
Effective September 12, 2026
Privacy-first by design
FairTheWorld.com collects only the information a visitor chooses to provide through its contact, volunteer, partnership and request-help forms. These submissions are delivered through Formspree so Fair The World can review and respond to the message. Stripe separately processes donation and payment information under Stripe's own privacy practices.
Information submitted through forms
Form submissions may include a name, email address, optional phone number, organization, general location, requested type of assistance and message content. Visitors should not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical records or other highly sensitive information.
How information may be used
Submitted information may be used to respond to questions, organize volunteer or partnership interest, review requests for assistance, maintain appropriate records and protect the website from misuse. Fair The World does not intend to sell personal information submitted through these forms.
Participant information
Public QR codes should not expose participant names, exact locations, health information or other sensitive personal data. Any future participant database should use secure authentication, limited staff access and clear consent procedures.
Family contact requests
Requests to locate or contact someone should be handled carefully. Fair The World should not disclose a participant's location or personal information without an appropriate legal basis and consent.
Donation and service-provider data
Stripe processes donation checkout information, and Formspree processes website form submissions. Each provider maintains its own privacy and security practices. Fair The World may update this policy as website services and program operations develop.
