Clear information about support and spending

Fair The World intends to maintain organized records of donations, purchases and program expenses. As operations begin, verified summaries can show supporters how funds are helping advance shelter, essential supplies, outreach, transportation, storage, cleanup activity and responsible program growth.

Supplier pricing, tent quantities and program costs will be updated when confirmed. The current planning estimate is an average of $50 per compact custom tent.

Responsible reporting

How Fair The World will protect trust

Transparency means reporting facts clearly while also protecting the dignity and privacy of every participant.

Verified Activity

Public totals will be based on program records rather than estimates. Tent distribution, supply delivery and outreach activity will be reported only after they occur and can be verified.

Participant Privacy

Reports will use aggregate information. Names, private contact details, exact tent locations and confidential outreach records will not be published.

Donation Purpose

Support may be used where it can best advance the charitable mission and current Los Angeles outreach priorities, including shelter, supplies and necessary program operations.

QR records with privacy controls

Each tent can receive a permanent FTW number and unique QR code. The QR code will not directly contain a participant’s personal information. Authorized access, voluntary participation and consent-based location or contact preferences are central to the planned system.

Questions or documentation

As organizational records, supplier information and formal reports become available, Fair The World can publish appropriate summaries and supporting documents here. Questions about donations or program information can be submitted through the contact page.
